Start With Why

This book was more than a pleasant surprise.

I have never really ”understood” Simon Sinek, but decided to read this after we had a homework to watch an interview with him & the question: ”what is your why?”, in the London Real Tribe.

The depth in this book is something I am not fully grasping after one read, but I get him now.

And I understand the concept of ”why” as well as his ”why”.

Start with why is briefly going over Simons own path to find out what to do and more importantly: WHY!

He is also showing how some large corporations and brands work and the insights of how a lot of success can be related to ”the golden circle” and therefor repeated again and again by some but never by others doing the same thing. (The same what, but not why).
The view Simon is giving us is very interesting and there is definitely a pattern.

Even for those not agreeing, I think this concept is very valuable to understand for anyone interested in marketing and/or branding.

I would argue that it is a definite must read!
Right now I am sorting all books Ive read the last five years to make you lists of books that I recommend in different spaces, (when done it will be sent to everyone who signed up for our emails).

This is one of two books that have a fixed spot at the top 3 ”beginner-books” for any one with the aspiration to become his or her best self.

I cant even start to count the nuggets, and that is just after reading it once.
